Baji Long Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms govern your access to and use of all services provided by Baji Long, including the sports betting section, live casino, slots, instant games, promotional offers and any other features available on the platform. They apply to all registered users regardless of how they access the platform — via web browser on desktop or mobile.

By completing the registration process and creating a Baji Long account, you enter into a binding agreement with us on these Terms. If you continue using the platform after any update to these Terms, you are considered to have accepted the updated version. We recommend checking this page periodically for any changes.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Baji Long.

To register and use Baji Long, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Baji Long is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not permit minors to register or use any part of the service.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must not register if you have previously had an account closed or suspended by Baji Long for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow a third party to use your account.

Baji Long reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or payment method confirmation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals being held pending resolution.

Providing false information during registration, including a false date of birth intended to circumvent the 18+ age requirement, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Baji Long account. If you are found to have registered multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you believe you have accidentally registered more than once, contact support immediately.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Baji Long login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Baji Long will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password immediately and contact support.

Account balance. Your PKR balance on Baji Long represents funds available for betting and withdrawal. Balances are not interest-bearing. Baji Long does not hold player funds in a segregated account structure and balances may only be withdrawn in accordance with these Terms.

Dormant accounts. If your account has had no login or transaction activity for an extended period, it may be classified as dormant. Baji Long reserves the right to apply an inactivity processing fee to dormant accounts after giving reasonable notice. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any such fee is applied.

All deposits and withdrawals on Baji Long are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards where available.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your Baji Long balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically confirmed almost immediately. Baji Long does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with our support team.
• Active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are completed.
• Baji Long reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before processing large withdrawals.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one hour of approval. Raast and bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

Disputed transactions. If you believe a deposit has not been credited or a withdrawal has not been received, contact Baji Long support with your transaction reference number. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Do not raise a chargeback with your bank or payment provider before contacting us first, as doing so may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

Baji Long offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports, tennis, basketball and a range of other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.

Bet placement. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your balance. Bets that have not been confirmed due to a connection issue, system error or insufficient balance are not valid. It is your responsibility to ensure bets are placed correctly before confirmation.

Cricket and PSL markets. Cricket betting on Baji Long covers Pakistan international matches across all formats — T20, ODI and Test — as well as the full Pakistan Super League season, T20 World Cup and other major tournaments. Ball-by-ball and over-by-over in-play markets are available during live fixtures. All cricket markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In the event of a no-result, rain-affected match or abandonment, affected bets are voided and stakes returned.

Void bets. A bet may be declared void where the event is cancelled, abandoned or does not meet the minimum completion criteria for settlement as defined by the relevant sport's rules. Void bets are returned to your PKR balance in full.

Odds changes. Odds are subject to change up to the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. Baji Long is not responsible for odds movements that occur between the time you select a bet and the time it is confirmed.

Maximum payouts. Baji Long applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits may vary by sport and market. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit may be partially accepted or declined at Baji Long's discretion.

Live betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. During live matches, odds update in real time and markets may be suspended briefly. Baji Long reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event was already determined, whether due to a system error or any other reason.

The Baji Long live casino section includes live dealer Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar and other table games streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Slots, crash games and other instant games are also available in the casino section.

All casino and slots activity on Baji Long is settled in PKR alongside your sports betting balance. The same deposit and withdrawal rules apply across both sections of the platform.

Baji Long does not operate the live casino game feeds directly — they are provided by third-party game studios. In the event of a technical fault during a live casino session, the outcome of affected rounds may be determined by the game provider's own records and policies. Baji Long's maximum liability in such cases is limited to the return of your stake for the affected round.

Certain casino games or betting options may not be available to all users at all times due to regional variations, maintenance windows or game provider restrictions. Baji Long reserves the right to remove, modify or suspend any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.

Baji Long offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cricket-specific promotions during PSL and international fixtures, and other seasonal campaigns. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page.

General bonus conditions that apply to all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household or per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Depositing with the intent of claiming a bonus and then immediately withdrawing without completing the wagering requirement is not permitted and may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.
• Baji Long reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted in and begun wagering on an active offer will be notified of any material change.
• Where a bonus has been credited in error, Baji Long reserves the right to remove it from your account even if it has already been partially wagered.

Using multiple accounts, abusing referral structures or engaging in any form of coordinated bonus exploitation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Baji Long platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point, including during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or technical faults in odds, game outcomes or the platform software. Any bets placed as a result of a manifest error in odds may be voided at Baji Long's discretion.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of sports fraud.
• Using the platform for any purpose that may constitute money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit or withdrawal limits through multiple smaller transactions designed to avoid verification thresholds.
• Engaging in any form of coordinated, syndicated or arbitrage betting activity that is intended to exploit the platform rather than participate in normal recreational betting.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not permitted.

Baji Long cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected financial crime or fraud. Accounts under investigation may be temporarily frozen pending the outcome of such investigations.

Baji Long is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes, and we encourage all players to approach sports betting and casino games as a leisure activity — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

We strongly recommend that all players:

• Set a fixed PKR budget for betting activity each week or month and stick to it.

18+ strictly enforced. Baji Long uses age verification processes at registration and reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited.

All content on the Baji Long platform — including but not limited to the Baji Long name, logo, website design, graphics, text, odds data and software — is the intellectual property of Baji Long or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any Baji Long content without prior written permission. Accessing odds data or platform content through automated means for the purpose of republishing or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

The Baji Long logo and brand name may not be used in connection with any third-party product, service or website without explicit written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Baji Long's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — including any sports betting loss, casino loss, technical error, service interruption or data issue — is limited to the amount of the stake directly affected by the specific incident giving rise to the claim.

Baji Long is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from your decision to place a bet, regardless of the outcome.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on your end, your device or your internet service provider.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind.

Baji Long provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Planned maintenance and emergency downtime may occur with or without advance notice.
